  I really enjoy visiting the Complex. A full membership allows one to participate in the classes such as Zumba Dance. I was able to find a good time when it wasn't too busy and had lots of room to walk on the track and make use of the pool. I love that they have a whirl pool, snack bar and plenty of weight machines. Although costly for my budget there isn't many other places to visit that has a little bit of everything.

  This is a great family swimming spot and I am proud to bring my Japanese nieces when they visit each year. They have plenty to do including basketball, voleyball, pool toys, and swimming. When they begin to get older, they may try the slide and the badminton table. I look forward to seeing their swimming skills improve each time they visit and encourage them to keep becoming better swimmers and to enjoy themselves. - Pauline Fogarty

  Awesome place just to bring your kids and have a swim. They also have sauna/ hot tub. And they host a variety of classes to go with positive health changes

  One stop shop, everything you need including great childcare if needed to get those reps in.
