  EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Even though Davidstea is a chain, and all locations tend to have great customer service, I feel like the Thunder Bay location in particular has top notch service. The staff are incredibly helpful. I always see them being patient with new-comers who are new to loose-leaf teas and they are always prompt with their service. Their teas are exceptional, and it is nice that they offer dairy-free milk when ordering a hot tea in the store.

  I stepped into the Davids tea in Thunder Bay. I was in the Davidstea tea for about 5 mins and I was not greeted. I didn't get offended any samples. ( there was 3 other customers in the store ) Not either of two girls that where working there asked me or my friend how we were doing or if we were finding every okay. I had to asked for samples. Then when we were getting our drinks. My iced tea was not steeped for the time I had asked for even though it was writin on the cup. And my iced soy latte didn't have any froth on it at all. I asked the girl why and she said that this was a new thing for a month now. I go to my Davids tea at home almost every day and as of 5 day ago. This new way of doing the lattes isn't apparrent at the one at home. I love davids tea I am I go almost every day. So to go to a different Davids and be this dissapointed in my drinks and the serves I didn't receive shocked me

  I'm from Mississippi, and the staff at this location is always so nice! Showed me at least 10 samples within 3 minutes of getting in. It was wonderful. Left with three teas and an iced tea cup!
