- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆i'm a HUGE fan of Malls - call me the Mall Boy, practically grew up in them. Intercity Mall is the first mall that I've been to that allows the city to use it for a morning walking program and I'm usually there every other day. The Security are friendly and busy keeping an eye on the people which is awesome. Once in a while the mall will host some special events such as having a photo with a hockey player and chilling on the lap of Santa Claus. I usually hang out at the mall in the mornings and glad that Tim Horton's is open early.By Richard Braden, October 28, 2016
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆The staff is very friendly and helpful most of the time. Where they need to improve is with the food they sell. I know I was so upset one day because they wouldn't let me have a burger & fries as a combo and wanted to charge me a lot more. I didn't buy anything at that point as I think that's ridiculous. *Update: I went to the Outtakes recently and they told me there that they do allow what I had ordered the other time as a combo. So, I think the problem is more that the staff at the main concession need to be trained better with that type of order. Sadly the young man was also very rude which is rare at Silvercity.* Also, I would like them to get the updated equipment for the deaf and hard of hearing. I believe there are closed caption glasses and I'd like to see those available for patrons. Otherwise there are no complaints as the staff is better than you would see in any other theatre.By KittyKins57, September 27, 2016

I've never been to a theatre that wasn't clean, the service is always as fast as possible and if you arrive well before your movie starts, you won't have to worry about being late.
