  At one point, Tokyo House was the best place to go in Thunder Bay for good sushi at a reasonable price. I'm sad to say this is no longer the case. The dishes we ordered were a sad recreation of their former selves: soggy dumplings, cold fried dishes, bland sushi rolls, and sashimi with no feeling of freshness. The Hawaiian rolls were an outlier which I would highly recommend, but all in all that wasn't enough to save the meal. Service was fine if nothing special, and the presentation was average at best. If you're looking for a good meal in Fort William for around $30, there are much better options in the neighborhood.

  The management in Tokyo house is extremely rude and very dishonorable. He bribed me and refused to provide his first name so I could file a proper customer complaint for my experience. He kept saying "pay now and I'll give you my name!". It came to a point where he was also going around to all of his staff speaking their language and laughing at me. It wasn't until I called the police for assistance and the server(who does wear a name tag) provided his name: Windsor. However, I realize they have given me a fake name. He's short, wears glasses and has dark hair. The mangers name is Stephen Li. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and there are other great Asian cuisine establishments in this city.

  Standard all you can eat sushi restaurant. They also include a buffet, which is mostly Chinese American style items. The sushi is good, though they have limited vegetarian options. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean. They do not offer refills on drinks, which to me is rather disappointing.

  Food was Great!! Was my 1st time going there. Was charged $40 for 2 Spring Rolls and 2 beer. Was given 2 Tempura Shrimp. Just my experience.
