  2 of 3 people were ill. THE greasiest pizza I've ever seen or consumed. We ordered a large pepperoni and a large Montreal Steak Spice. The former was okay but their pepperoni is pretty salty & pretty tepid. Both pizzas had the majority of topping around the middle 2/3rd of pizza: Very odd but their crust, the one not saturated with grease, was quite good. The Montreal was VERY tasty but SO MUCH GREASE! The box is now completely black inside and out. While 1 of us felt somewhat bloated after eating, they were otherwise fine. I and a family member were quite ill overnight. I actually, after eating 2 Montreal and a small slice of pepperoni, actually HEAVED up as I was hit by a wave of nausea about 10 minutes after I finished! I assume it's due to the amount of grease. It's over 12 hours later and I still don't feel well. We threw out the majority of what we bought ,today, as the crust on the Montreal can be squeezed and oil comes out! Finally: I ordered 1/3 of the Montreal without carmelized onions and was told we can't have that! Either all, 1/2, or none. That was also a first. Nice. I ordered it with 1/2, they confirmed that. I got home: We got none. Wont' be back. Might have actually turned me off pizza.

  There was hair in my pizza, the crust tasted like carboard, the meat was really salty and they scam you. Overall a horrible pizza place, never going there again.

  Despite the many bad things I have heard about Toppers since it has opened only a few weeks ago I thought I would still give it a try. What a mistake. Was told that they do deliver but be aware its midday and Halloween so they can't promise a delivery time, so I decided to pick up instead. Pizza was ready on time and looked appealing until myself and my co-worker found not one, not two but three hairs in our pizza. Gross but not the end of the world. Asked to speak to the manager and was told sorry I can't speak to the manager but they will call me back the next day. Surprise surprise no call. Not the end of the world I just thought I would be helpful and let them know that they may want to tighten up on their customer service and definitely on their possible health code violations. Can't see a place like this lasting in a small town like Thunder Bay especially once the novelty wears off and word gets out that they don't care.
